1. Generalities and Definitions
Contractual relations with Estética Gestión are governed by these Terms and Conditions, which constitute a binding contract for any Business using the Platform or Services.
Business
Natural or legal person who uses the Services to manage their professional activity.
Paddle
Authorized reseller of Estética Gestión Services for global transactions.
Mercado Pago
Payment processor for transactions within the Argentine Republic.
2. Description of Services (SaaS)
The Service consists of software as a service (ERP) for the integral management of aesthetic centers, including client databases, appointment management, sales, and analysis tools.
3. Plans, Fees and Payment Methods
Subscriptions: Plans are paid in advance on a monthly basis.
Modifications: Estética Gestión may modify the Fees with 30 days prior notice via email.
4. Global Refund and Withdrawal Policy
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, all transactions are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. In accordance with international consumer protection regulations, the following refund periods are recognized for the initial purchase:

Exclusion Conditions: The right to a refund does not apply if the Business has begun effective use of the software (downloads, appointment management, or configuration) having given consent to start the service immediately.
5. Refund Management and Disputes
- Process via Paddle: For global payments, the Business must request a refund through https://paddle.net or via the "View Receipt" link in their confirmation email.
- Process via Mercado Pago: For payments in Argentina, the Business must contact info@esteticagestion.com. It can also be done from the Mercado Pago platform with the user who generated the subscription.
- Chargebacks: If the Business initiates a chargeback or payment dispute without prior contact, access to the Product will be temporarily suspended during the review.
6. Responsibilities and Intellectual Property
Third-Party Data: The Business is solely responsible for obtaining consent from its end customers for the processing of personal and clinical data.
Ownership: The software, code, and brand are the exclusive property of Estética Gestión.
Limitation: The total liability of the company is limited to 100% of the commissions paid by the Business in the last 6 months.
7. Term and Termination
The Business can cancel its subscription at any time from its configuration panel. Cancellation will prevent future charges but will not generate refunds for partial periods already billed.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
